When I signed up for surplus supplier I was told I had 14 days to consider whether or not I wanted to do it. There was an initial charge of 3.95 then after 14 days if I didn't cancel I would be charged 49.95. Well I was charged 49.95 twice in less than a week after signing up. Epoxy Coat is garbage, don't buy it. I am floor coatings installer with 30 years experience. As a contractor I thought I'd try Epoxy-Coat on a home owner garage. Sounded good because they say its 5X thicker than the competition. What they don't tell you is that thickness has nothing to do with adhesion, or chemical resistance. I Spoke to a Xhosa Lady who works at a call centre and I agreed that I will Deposit Money every month(errears R200) to your bank account and she can only debit the monthly instalment which is R161 only, but to my surprise R490 was debited from my account which was something we did not agree to. On 12 Feb. I ordered for Valentines Day. Order was not processed nor did recipient receive order as promised. When I called for a refund, it was refused and they lied and said order was in process of delivery. The didn't even know the name of the Florist processing the order. On February 9, 2011 I visited Wal-Mart Vision Center at Seabrook NH store to order new lenses for my glasses. Service assistant was exceptionally professional and I was very pleased with my order.
