The most outrageous scam Susan Slavik pulled on us was that property was double booked so she asked us to move out 2 days early. She wrote us a check as refund for the 2 days we had already paid for. MD Repair - Do not use them! We had a new furnace/air conditioning installed in June of 09 and they have been out here 4 times for repairs. They do not care about you once they have your money.
