I visited the beautiful Island of Coronado today, 26 March 2011. I called for a taxi @ 5:49pm to take my friends and I back to the Ferry. The dispatcher (female) was hateful and rude. I noticed a charge on my home phone bill for this company. I called them and denied ever signing up for a $14.95 per month service to watch internet tv. They claimed I did since they had my name and phone number on file and that the only way they would have it is if I gave it to them. When I explained that my phone number and name is listed in the phone book and demanded to speak to a supervisor, the operator offered to send me a refund check for $16 and take me off their billing list permanently. Last month I was having issues with my internet not working for a few days. They couldn't figure out the problem online so they sent a technician (3 days later) to find to problem. My son attended daycare at Superclub on the berlin turnpike in Newington CT. I will say i did not have a good ending experience, I am being charged extra fees in an exaggeration attempt to collect a pick up late charge. i believe sixty dollars is an unfair amount to pay for a half hour, they told me i was being charged twenty dollars for every 15 min. so they made up that i was 35 min late and not just 30 so they could rip me off into getting billed the full amount! i do not think this was fair at all. read full review »

A totally bad experience. Been buying screens from Screen Country for our repair shop in California since 2008. Almost all have either been the completely wrong model, or they come malfunctioning. Customer service is terrible. They are slow to respond and offer no reparations for any mistakes. The last time I purchased a screen from them they first sent the wrong LCD entirely, and second they shipped one with pink vertical lines. Our client waited over two weeks and screen country didn't offer anything beyond fulfilling the original order. On the 15th of March I went to pick up "Home Front" and the head set. I stood in line for sometime. When waited upon I was told they were all out of headsets and would not be getting any more. When I received the corerespondence from Ms Kelly, I tried to work out a plan. I was told that I could not unless I could pay the debt out right. Of course that was impossible, if it were possible I would not be in default. She then informed me that they would be taking 25% of the amount owed, so I figured that I could not fight so I braced for the worst. As the debt went down the deduction did not. This company has numerous web addresses that link to the same or similar looking pages. It immediately looks very suspicious. It is not a good idea to download these programs onto your computer. Extremely Rude people that do not provide any customer service. Maybe it was just the persons we did deal with but our experience is extremely bad. Two years ago Pete was hired to replace leaky water pipes under my house. Last week I had a leak and hired a plumber to fix it. When they found the problem it showed that Pete had not even bothered to weld the pipe connection and my home leaked all that time. I requested he pay for the new repair but he refuses. On August 28th 2010 my car rearended a car in front of it while being on the car wash conveyor due to the car wash employees not watching the process closely and perhaps not pressing the stop button (or the such) when it was required.
