This incompetent JELD-WEN Dealer ordered windows, doors and sliding doors (88 products total) all wrong. Hernando County FAILED all products when inspected on 7/24/2009. The Molding Depot (TMD) accepted delivery from JELD-WEN, stored the erroneous products at their warehouse and then delivered non-impact glass products to an oceanfront house requiring impact glass. The battery charger you sent me does not recharge ordinary batteries as promised. Your so called consumer service number is never available, informs me to call another time, but always gives the same message.A recorded voice informs me that "Due to unexpected high volume of calls, we are unable to take your call now. This website for viewing credit card account is horrible! Never up and working properly, must always call in and have the tech reset THEIR system in order to access it. Never lets you get by the login page and keeps making you enter more and more information only to bring you back the same login page that you started on. I was duped into purchasing 6 Storefront Websites in 2006. I have never received any assistance or provided the supposed "easiness" that it would take to set up a website. I consider myself an intelligent yet ignorant individual when it comes to making business decisions. I had been unable sell back the websites to Stores On-Line, as they told me that the Licenses do not cost anything to produce and therefore they would not be open to purchasing them back. I went into my local GNC this morning. I am a former employee, The manager was very rude, she didn't ask me if I needed any help, she refused to answer any of my questions, so I did not buy anything. As I was walking out she told me to never come back to her store ever again as I was a bother to her, in front of 3 other customers plus people walking in the mall, everyone could hear her.
