We have lived at our home for exactly one year. On 8/29 I go get the mail and am suprised to find 2 water bills in our box. One is addressed to us, one is adressed to another couple with our mailing address. Our bill says credit balance do not pay. Subsequent examination reveals that our deposit of 150.00 we put up a year ago has been applied towards our bill. This company has very misleading adds. They promise a free trial for shipping charges only, then automatically charge for the product- including the "free" trial on the credit card. They use the information given to pay for the shhipping and then add automatic payment to your credit card. I am a small yard service business, that relies solely on local forms of advertisement such as public post boards, and word of mouth. Shawn Gilbert is a web designer who has decided to replace all these boards removing our advertisements, and replace them with plastic cases, and offers ad space for $20+ per month. Several years ago, we purchased a set of 4 Bilstein shocks (with lifetime warrantee) from McKenzie’s Performance Products, a shop specializing in off road parts and equipment. The salesman said should they ever fail, return them for replacement. The 2 front shocks failed. We went to McKenzie’s, and the manager refused to honor the warrantee. He said they do not do warrantees. So we contacted Bilstein directly. They immediately sent out 2 new shocks. The Website is supposed to be for a Karaoke group. The problem is its mostly falsified information and from the reviews of the person and the show it sucks. I've seen comments ranging from calling out the lie that a 21 year old has been in business for ten years and someone called them out on their claim to do wedding by saying that yeah they hired him for it and then he flaked out last minute to get laid. Although they tell you that their store pages are easily customizable, they are hardly that, and if you fail to use one of their pre-designed templates they say that they will not support you if you have any problems. So much for customization. Fortune3 charges a transaction fee, which they hide. We bought a whole houseful of Mohawk engineered hardwood flooring from Lowe's. It is horrible. Color coming off the edges. Top layer is lifting in places. The boards don't reach edges of the walls or doors in places. We have dogs and they scratch it even though I trim and file their nails every monday. Heaven forbid you drop something or spill liquid. Never ever EVER use this company. I used them on 2/21/11. Picked the bounce house up on a Saturday night with my sister. Lou loaded the bounce house, blower, and extension cord into the back of the truck after telling us he had just had a long drive back after picking it up from another family, and took us inside to sign the contract. I had to change an expensive shirt that bled the color when washed. The store refused to give me a refund but gave me only a credit to buy another shirt. The second shirt also bled and now I had to exchange it for one white shirt in the hope that it will not bled but I will never buy again from Polo Ralph Lauren and recommend everybody never buy from that store. Have had nothing but problems with Comcast since we got their service eight years ago. We have business class internet. When they sold it to us, we were told that we would have four hour response time, and better service than home users. WRONG !! Now they do not give promises for response times.
