Do not buy tickets from this man calling himself David Sisto. At least 5 people have been scammed by him that I know of since May 2008. He claims to be selling valid 2-day Disneyland Park Hopper passes for $75 each. He actually just ripped them off from Safeway, without getting the tickets ‘activated’. I bought an ebook off Tom Barnes over a month ago. He offered me a full refund if I was not happy. The product was rubbish. Gave me no more information about selling on eBay that I didn't already know. So I asked for his 56-day iron clad refund. Hah! He didn't respond. I emailed him over 10 times but still he wouldn't reply. There was no address or phone number or any other way of contacting him on his website. Then a friend told me she'd had a similiar experience and had opened a dispute with PayPal. I followed her advice and within 24hrs of opening up the item dispute my money had been refunded. Phew! Not only is his payment method extremely risky but his pricing is terrible. He is trying to pawn off refurbs at retail and above retail prices. There are no model numbers or certainty on his site as to whether an item is new or refurb. My guess is he is either trying to sell us stuff he is getting from Bestbuy and other places or he is just flat out trying to rip us off. I found this potentially 'great' company on SaleHoo and promptly signed up with them and placed a $600 order on the 4th of April. Its' now the 29/04 and despite numerous e-mails i am still waiting to receive all of my goods, to date i have only received half my order and still can't get an answer as to when i will receive the other half. I am curious if anyone has had any better luck than me. My account has been open for several months and I am STILL trying to place an order with them! The website is great eyecandy, but it took me weeks to get them to send me a price list. There is no way to actually place an order on the site and no instructions.
