On 12/21/09, my 1998 Freightliner Classic was taken to Performance Truck in Beaumont, TX because of water in the oil. They put it in the shop, drained the oil and water, and removed the oil pan. They found that it was leaking at #6 liner. I called Caterpillar to work on it, but they were closed for 2 weeks due to the holidays. My husband called at the end of May to purchase a strut & spring kit. The rep Vita told him he did not need struts if the car already has them, as struts never go bad. I have been contacted by several idividuals who I believe just change their names to try and confuse me to believe they're someone else. I called Nerds On Call to repair some basic problems I was having with my computer. They sent an on-site "technician" to "fix" the problems and downloaded all sorts of their software on my machine. The computer's performance actually got worse! They sold me on a service where technicican's can site your computer to repair it. After 8 hours, they left my machine with the inability to watch any videos (you tube, etc.) I finally had to take the machine to another shop and have everything they did un-done and spent $ for that. I am a disabled and a Veteran, that was posting an ad on the internet. City Grid came along and next thing I know, I am being charged $631.00 for advertising that I did not receive. No reports were submitted to me, I could not log in to my account, and when I contacted them to cancel, they told me it was too late, and began charging my credit card for $631.00. To date they are still trying to charge my card and have sent me to a collection agency, which is trying to collect as well.
