I have a retail store and Yakov and Son Refrigeration were hired to repair the fridge and freezer. They were referred to me by someone who had used them in the past. Big Local is a HUGE SCAM. They do not do anything to help your company and have an unfair and difficult cancellation policy- you have to mail them a letter, email them, and call them before they will cancel and then they charge you half your yearly contract. They did not have all our information to even optimize our company search and they DID NOT LET us know. I purchased Spy Agent from Spytech Software after reading good reviews from PC magazine online. This was November of 2010. I attempted to install the software in early November with no luck.
