One--the caller says the appointment takes 20 to 25 minutes wrong it takes over one hour. Two the appointment person says the costs says the monitoring is " about a dollar a day" wrong closer to $40.00 a month. James Scott called me a few months ago claiming he was the ADA from the calif office and that I was under investigation from bank fraud made by chase manhantten bank. He gave me a lot of my personal information over the phone including my ss# so it sound real to me and he scared me to death! They've put down a few ant traps and a mouse trap like six months ago and all their representative does is to "monitor" these once month for $37.
