I ordered the trial products not realizing the report I read about the "Get Slim Package" was designed to seem like a ligitimate news report. As soon as I received my email confirmation, I received a call from my credit card company asking if I authorized the charge of $99.95 in addition to $2.49. I purchased the LastBit "Quicken Recovery" software a week ago on 12/19/2010 to recover a forgotten Quicken transaction (NOT file access) password. I was interested in buying 2 Gold Leafs tickets for $350.00. This person insisted on interac email transfer as payment due to their age and health conditions. They said that the tickets would be couriered by Fed Ex. I would then be given a tracking number for this parcel. Luckily I only agreed to do half of the payment up front. Attracted by price on a ropey Sunday morning then did my research! More fool me. I cancelled the order Sunday evening and have been emailing back and forward trying to get my refund. They asked for 20% for handling then 10% then when I still refused they told me things could get very difficult! Hows that for customer service. Nations 1st communications, somehow, added monthly charges of $15.69 to my CentruyLink Telephone account each month for internet voicemail services. When filling out and sending the reservation request, a notice of rejection comes across the screen. When I double checked the information and sent it in again, still came back with error message. I moved to titan telecom when they were very new company, I have had nothing but greif with them since. They say that they are the cheapest company around and this is not the case, the may have cheaper call rates but this is because they make their money through charges and other means. I believe this is a scam. I filled out their form sent them the $54.00 and it took them a month to send something back. Then the letter they sent me told me i was going to be assembling booklets.
