I bought this mobile since sept. 2010 and one month later I passed the mobile to the local dealer because it was hanged; power cut off and no network reception. so; the dealer changed the mobile on Dec. 1st. 2010. at Jan 1st. I sent it again to the dealer as same problems happened again in addition to the defective media player after receiving calls ( the media doesn't appear to play again) and the hang off for several times within the day. after 3 months the dealer informed me that the mobile is working in good condition and there is no defects with it. Both ads sport Montel Williams bright, trusting smile. A person we've all come to admire and, well, trust. Well poor Montel's good name and face are being taken advantage of I'm afraid.

I ordered and received a $300 pair of audi speakers, which arrived damaged. The company (Teptronics) was contacted and offered me replacement or credit. I asked that the damaged speaker be replaced. They agreed to replace the pair, having me ship them back at their cost, and emailed me stating a new pair would be shipped out the day the damaged pair were received in their warehouse. I was sent a card and had to give my cell phone # to open it up. I never opened the card, never used the site and so far have had my cell phone charged 3 times $9.99. I called the number given to "stop" the charge and I called the number given to have my money reimbursed but no one answers and I will have to get a new cell phone to get rid of them. read full review »

In June 2010 I signed up for a 7 day free trial for web hosting. I had to use PayPal for any purchases made on my website. It took 4 days for Paypal to authorize and become active, so tech. I only had 3 days. I cancelled in June as well and let this trans. slide. In November 2010, Netspeed Hosting LLC has made an unauthorized charge for the same amount of $79.99.
