Approximately 6 weeks ago I called Maytag Dependability Plus to schedule repairs to my Maytag front loader washer. I was told that they would have to locate an authorized repairman in my area. Last month my light bill was $87.00.I have switched over to TXU so my last bill with reliant energy came in and it was $248.00. I have no central air so I have not turned on my window units yet. Yet my bill went up from $87.00 to$248.00 without doing anything different. I called them and they had me do a meter reading and give them the nos. over the phone. My husband ordered 100 roses from RoseSource.com The roses did not come on the day specified. They arrived in bad condition. Of the 100 roses 15 arrived ruined, 25 were in good shape (if I removed the outer, brown petals) and the rest were somewhere in between. We bought a Select Comfort bed with a 6 month deferred interest offer. If you pay on or before the 6 month period, then there's no interest. The creditor for Select Comfort is GE Money Bank. This company began an impact glass installation of one window and 8 panels of 10 foot sliding glass doors. Workers are incompetent, sloppy, and don't show up alot of the time, Now, nearly 9 months and $21,000 later the doors have leaked so much there is extensive damage to the Unit below me for which I'm responsible. They provide furniture is imported from various parts of the word and I continuously had problems with their furniture. I have order 3 dining sets, 2 couches, and and entertainment set. This product is advertised by Scotts as being safe for St Augustine grass. Approximately seven days after applying this product to my lawn, which is St Augustine grass, the grass began to die. Within two weeks, any part of my lawn which had been treated with this product was completely dead including the root system itself. The product was applied within the guidelines as far as application rate and air temperature, as specified on the applicator. A check of the web indicates Scotts has been aware of this problem at least a far back as 2003 but continues to market this product as safe for St. Augustine grass. read full review »

A&E factory service is a horrible rude company. On Saturday the 7 of April 2007 a service tech by the name of Tom (ID 0908566) came out to what we thought was repair our refrigerator. It seems the installer reversed the hot and cold water lines and I did not notice until I put in some dark clothes and they were washed in hot water. Because of possible malfunction, my gas meter was removed for testing. However, the Elizabethtown Gas Co. refuses to send me a written report of test keeping me in dark whether it was ever done, performed properly, or performed under supervision to avoid any bias. Do NOT buy from these people. They state in the warranty that the warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for 10 years. We have some very high dollar patio doors rotting out at the bottom. They were installed in 1997 and in 2000, one of them was showing rot. A Peachtree rep came and looked at the issue, and said the weather stripping that WAS INSTALLED at the factory was not sealed at the bottom properly. At the walmart store located in trinidad, colordado, there is very poor care regarding the garden center. There is a greenhouse set up at walmart with hundreds of plants in it. On the week of April 6th, 2007, we had freezing drizzle and temperatures fell below freezing. I noted that a portion of the greenhouse siding was down and the plants exposed to the cold.
