Champion advertise custom room but, would not put baker board under vinyl siding in under room/deck, bees enter room thru poorly misfitted screens. CanterPoint Energy gas division of Houston, Texas accidentally shutoff my gas services this morning for non-payment of my bill which was paid via their online billing services. I had my confirmation print out from my computer had the technician rang the doorbell and notified us. I always call a person at Centerpoint and relay this information but was unable to contact their services. I purchased a brand new aerator from Husqvarna and paid $2500 for it. I never used it but supposedly had gas in it when they tested to make sure it worked at the factory. The tank was empty when I received it. It would not start so I took it to a Husq dealership. They stated it had a bad carburetor and was not covered under warranty. It would cost me $165. I contacted Husqvarna and they stated it was not covered under their policy. Even though they were the ones that put the gas in it. I purchased a refrigerator model # FRS26ZRGWA in 2000 from Lowes in Cincinnati,OH. 7 yrs, later the thing is completely shot. I paid over $1000 for the piece of garbage. I have many ongoing and unresolved issues with the Hoover Company. Two months ago I placed an order for a couple of filters and belts for my bagless vacuum cleaner. I have spent in excess of EIGHT hours on the phone trying to get these parts. I have spoken with one or two very helpful and pleasant reps and about 6 or seven rude and might I say incompetent reps. C & S Flooring of Woolwich, Maine, installed the hardwood flooring in my new house several years ago. I have had problems with it from the start. The boards were not properly acclimatized and absorbed excessive moisture, resulting in cupping within the first few months. I purchased a futon online on 8/10/07. My credit card was charged immediately. I received no email confirm on placing an order or shipping info. I called to follow up and received a email confirm with no order status. I waited 2 weeks and made several calls to check on the status. I never received a call back stating the status of my order. We had a house fire and we contracted them to do the work. Our cupboards were hung crooked, baseboards were two different kinds in the same room. No response from customer care center at Baroda No one is lifting Telephone or Numbers are given wrong by recorded telephone. We have a 14 month old GE dishwasher with a GE 4 year service contract. In late March the machine started to vibrate and get very loud when pumping water. Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up, so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done. The washer there is no way to pause the machine while someone has a shower. The pause button only works for a short short period of time. There is now way to determine what cycle the machine is in, so when you need to switch it off, then you need to restart the load. The bleach compartment is questionable. The dryer it produces wrinkled clothing. There is no automatic cool down on the machine. This means that the user must manually adjust the temp or remove clothes when they are damp to hang to dry. On 09/04/2007, I found a representative from Centerpoint energy in my driveway who informed me that he was here to disconnect my gas service. Their employees came and sprayed my yard in June, and within a few days, most of my grass was dying. I telephoned the office and found they were unresponsive to my complaint. Do not buy any product from Balaji machine Works or BMW Coimbatore. We bought a Mantra Grinder in Feb 2005 and within 3 months the section that holds the lid broke into 2 pieces. The grinder is no longer usable as the lid cannot be closed. After tracking the service center for another 2 months they sent a guy to have a look. After this that was the end of the issue. The kept dodging my calls and when they sometimes received they would say that a request has been sent. We ordered a stove and microhood from Sears.com and picked it up at West Lebanon NH store. The stove and microwave were both malfunctioning from day 1.
