Sir, we the family having vehicles manufactured by tata motors, but it is felt that arvind motors, mangalore could not supply the vehicles (LPT 1109) timely. I always encourage my friends to purchase vehicles from tata, but now we submitted demand draft No 919740550 dated 14 feb 2011 made by Vijaya Bank, Kalladka has been handed over to arvind motors, hassan. they assured to deliver the goods vehicle within 2 days. after 2 days the vehicle which was seen by us were not in our satisfaction. However we, approached, arvind motors, mangalore to deliver the vehicle. we will approach them, again & again but they cant supply the vehicle to date. read full review »

Purchased a laptop which arrived in very poor condition. Returned item and was assured of a refund which never happened. Also ordered 2 more laptops. Cancelled order after receiving 1st item. Credit card still charged. Have been attempting to obtain a refund ever since. Date of purchase Nov. 8, 2008.

Its with great dissapointment that i have to now have a formal complaint against vodacom in the sense that they dont care about customer satisfaction.
My phone has gone into vodacare gateway 5 times and there is no comunication, not even from the manager to come and pick the phone up and when i go into the store it is lying o9n collections and upon putting it on the phone freezez and a second consultant also experiences this.

this person...Tatiana...told me that she CAN duplicate the work I had emailed her (visual). How crzy can you be to upload a cheap looking software, under YOUR server, and tell ME to customize it, when YOU promised me you would do FULL customization. I am BEYOND angry.

When we are watching the Nascar races on channel 11 you can not read the banner running at the top of the screen. This banner shows the position of the drivers, the car number and drivers name. You can not read this because the colors used blend together and become blurred. When they are blurred you can not make them out. Please go back to what used last year or something that you can read. When you can not read the line up it makes watching the race uninteresting and then you chance the TV. It does this on all our TV's . Please handle... read full review »

I bought an ESP-3 machine and three months later, after replacing ink maybe 5 times, the printer started printing either solid black or solid white blotches everywhere on my text and black/white prints. I have contacted Kodak and they have refused to send me a replacement print head. I don't recommend buying this machine. Its awful, loud, and uses much more ink than advertised. read full review »

I was charged $ 30.50 plus tax on my Rogers bill for January that was apperently for text messaging trivia on my mobile phone and never authorized this. I did phone the 1-866-257-4586 and was informed that it would be stopped. However I would like the company to refund me this unauthorized charge. My mobile phone company (rogers) told me that the refund should be coming from the third party. Would you please let me know how I can stop this and be refunded.

Don't you even go there. Its a RIP OFF! I bought mattress there ( Miralux Rave 11 full size $500, without base), i payed $30 to pick it up from the store ( can you believe it? ). After a few nights it started loosing support and couldn't sleep on it, it caused terrible back pain. When i called them to return, they said that i need to pay the fee of almost $340 to exchange it, and you CANT return it at all, just exchange. I purchased some driving lights at the Carquest Tigrd Oregon Store on Friday 2/25/11. I installed them on Saturday. I found very little wiring for power only no additional wiring for the lights as explained in the directions. I had mounted the lights as the store was ordering an additional set to replace the missing wires. The Tigard store was helpful.

Has anyone ever been mad over the work these contractors do in your home? How many of us hire 2 for the same job, one to do the job and the other to fix it. Yet, you never see a complaint because people just accept it and don't have the time to fight over it. I have had many contractors in my home to do repairs and threw away so much money only for the job to either be not completed or not done the right way. Maybe if we can get a website going for these contractors names listed so that people won't get ripped off anymore, we can actually only have to pay once. read full review »

This company held products I ordered for over a month because of a backordered item. When they finally sent the items, one was missing and I never received a credit for the item which they had charged me for at the time it was ordered. It is nearly impossible to talk to anyone in person and if you have the opportunity to do so they cannot do anything to help you.
I would not recommend dealing with them even though their prices are good.

I got a loan on Thursday, December 11, 2008, and I paid the loan back between August 2009 and September 2009. The loan was for $500 and they chalked charges up to $880 because I didn't pay it on time, they sent the loan to Security Net LLC (collection agency). I paid the collection agency in full. I asked for a letter stating paid in full three times, the collection agency failed to provide this. I agree with the gentlemen who stated that the Stand ard Insurance Company of Portland Oregon should be banned from writing disabilty policies. I also think the Oregon Attorney General's office should prosecute a number of the Standard employees who knowingly participate in and practice fraudulent claim denial tactics to defraud legitimate claimants out of their benefits. Best tankless water heater at a resonable price and great customer service. I call at 10 PM when i finaly done with my instalation and i was not sure about a detail. Response was profesional and right on the money. With tankless technology, sizing is paramount. If you buy a point of use unit (the cheapest !) don't expect to cover the entire house needs, regardless of how much you complain, abuse the customer service or write on all the websites wich colect your vomit!
