Medstar Surgical has delayed delivery of my new power wheelchair for more than seven months. By their own admission they have lied about the status of my application to medicare for the new chair. We had asled them to smoth out the walls and bottem of the pool before the liner was installed but they didnt, then when the liner was inatalled they didn't have a continuas run, this is what seals the liner to the coping.
