The short version is that while these guys offer competitive rates, their customer service stinks. I've had better experiences at the Dept. of Motor Vehicles. If you actually need to speak with a live human being, be prepared to hold a very, very long time. If ever you actually do get to someone, be prepared to be treated like crap. I bought something from them online. After I ordered from them I have had some unauthorized cash advances on my card plus what I ordered got never delivered. I took a 10 lacs sms pack from this company in 2 paise per sms and while testing I found it nice but when I finally paid 20000/- for 10 lacs sms then I came to know the real story of their after sales service. whenever I call them for any problem they just say that one of our technical person will call you shortly and no call comes ever.
