I was sent Pimsleur Approach Language Tapes and the invoice said I purchased them on the internet. I did not order this or request a trial of 30 days. Toshiba not honoring warranty. It was in the 1 year period. Took it to the bbb, case was closed because merchant advised the item was discontinued and no longer warrantied by Toshiba. My daughter's school had a fundraiser about six months ago. One item that was ordered was for a magazine voucher. It got lost, so I purchased another one for this person. They say they sent it to his address. About six weeks later, I called and explained everything, they told me about an online code. I was billed $108.+ on my verizon phone bill for 3 months that was NOT AUTHORIZED. E zip refused to give me a hard copy of the recording that authorization was given. They refused to reimburse the $325.00 i was charged. I filed a complaint with PUC who in turn contacted Verizon Corportate. Target credit card holds your money once they have it when you make what they decide is a "large" payment (in our case $1, 000). No other credit card I have ever had does this. Target holds your money for over two weeks after they have received it from your bank and does not apply it to your available credit. We have never had a returned payment or any other problem with them. They say they do this to everybody. Our other cards give you available credit once they receive your payment from your bank. I have had a green dot card for over a year with little to no serious issues. Recently, I had my income tax return loaded on the card. Early March of this year I went to pay for some work on a vehicle I own and the card was declined which I found to be odd.
