Since buying car it has been back on numerous occasions, last time it was due to the drive shaft seizing in the hub which also broke the clutch plate (which I was asked to pay for?) all the work was completed and the warranty company paid the majority I was told to pay for the new nut seal, clip and sensor, I have had the vehicle back for 2 months and now the clutch is slipping badly and at times it will not drive. I booked a deal through Groupon for laser hair removal of 2 areas. The girl told me that my 2 underarms were counted as 2 areas which is complete and utter lies. This outfit promises to fix the car, guarantee the job for life and to pay for the rental. They've had my car since 2/18/11 for a 10 day job and today, 3/25/11 the car is not ready. They'll promise it on Friday, and then the next Friday and so on. Tonight seven family members went to Applebees in Norfolk, Va to celebrate a family members birthday. It took us from approx 7:15 to 9:20 to receive some of our food. In fact the manager came to our table (by request) to see what the problem was. Two people in our party had not received their order. I was one who did not receive my food. My son has 2 accounts for his children ages 1 and 2. Wells Fargo first put his son as the adult and him as the child. They told him there were NO FEES to transfer money over the phone from one account to another account his childrens money started disappearing they were charging $15 out of there accounts after he transfered money out of his other accounts in all they took $45 out of each childs account when he called thecfe7by only offered to refund $22.50 to each of the childrens accounts. This company did a buy here pay here/in house financing. I recently retired and needed a few months until my retirement funds came through. I put $4000 down and a $1000 in a repair immediately. I had 4 payments due then a balloon. The contract had a due date with a 10 day grace period.
