After they lie to you and don't produce, they keep your deposit. This happened to me at Kings Auto Plaza Brooklyn NY. I reported them to the Brooklyn DA, that's when I got my deposit back. On August 28th 2010 my car rearended a car in front of it while being on the car wash conveyor due to the car wash employees not watching the process closely and perhaps not pressing the stop button (or the such) when it was required. This company(DSH also known as Qaulity Homes) is a factory that sells manufactured homes online. They offer them slightly cheaper than going to a manufactured home retailer. I talked with the salesman from there back in April 2007. I was told there was a $2500 deposit for the home to be built. In August of 2007 another salesman called me back and told me that they would build the home with only $500 down.
