I had a BoA credit card with elite rewards program and had accrued over 100K points that expired NOV'11 because BoA cancelled the program and Elite rewards closed my account. they claim they sent me a notice, I didn't recieve it and the original contract claimed points expired 4yrs after a purchase, so when they elected to cancel my points immediatly that breaks the contract we had in place. On 03/21/11 I bought an AT&T Pay As You Go “$2 Unlimited Daily Talk & Text Plan” for my mom and prepaid $30 to use it for 15 days while she was with us. My son has bveen attending the TMA Tae Qwon Do program for nearly 3 years, and I have a contract for my son to attend for a year, which ends in May 2011. He is in high school and decided to join the swin team for a semester, which caused him to miss the class from October to January. On February-- I rented a 6x8 enclosed trailer from the Uhaul dealer at 594Bearses Way in Hyannis Massachusetts. My purpose for the rental was to pick up some seat cushions in New York for my antique car. I received unsolicited material from these people which included a"prayer rug" with the face of Jesus imprinted on it, with instructions to hold it on a body part and to pray. Going through the rest of the envelope it had it requested me to return the "prayer rug" with a donation in a self addressed envelope. I am 70 years old, but not stupid. I know a scam when I see one. Tapes obviously are copies. They came from China, which I was not aware of when purchasing. They are not in color, are terrible quality, a single tape will not play through, a notice appears on the screen to check for scratches or something on disc. Since buying car it has been back on numerous occasions, last time it was due to the drive shaft seizing in the hub which also broke the clutch plate (which I was asked to pay for?) all the work was completed and the warranty company paid the majority I was told to pay for the new nut seal, clip and sensor, I have had the vehicle back for 2 months and now the clutch is slipping badly and at times it will not drive.
