Mike called me and called me and I asked all of the right questions, I was really taken a back by the fact that you had to wire monies first to get your loan. He stated that there was zero interest and you have nine months to pay it back. There was know penalty for paying it back early and it could only be done at Western Union. This is a company I consider to be incompetant. Had Service Contract (for maintenance of furnace only) with them for a few years as landlord. This company poses like they are a real law firm adn they are only a collections agency. I ahve advice for everyone that took out payday loans it is not elgal for them to harrass you at work. On April 3r, 2011 I was at the store purchasing about 15 items and there was only one cashier line open. When I asked if another clerk was going to open, she (Liz sales associate) proceed to tell as soon as she got off the phone. I have ordered Zumba DVDs from this company. It wasn't obvious at the beginning where the company was operating from. I just knew when the payment went through in Chinese Currency. We rented a car trough the internet via Transavia and pre-payed it at home with iDeal. Arriving at the desk of Holiday Cars at Gatwick Airport we found that they did not give us the car before we gave our creditcard. We do not own a creditcard so we did not get our car. We pre-payed euro 234, 00 with iDeal. If we wanted another car we had to pay again for the rent of the car and an additional 250 pounds for surety. Hotel is charging me for a room for April 3rd, 2011 which I never booked. This is the 2nd time. I had booked a room in 2010 for April 3rd. At the time it was Comfort Inn. I received an email from Comfort Inn saying the hotel had changed hands and if I would like to cancel I should contact the new hotel directly. Complaint is about my latest bill with Consumers energy gas company in Michigan. They billed me with a guesstimate for the months of January and February, I called in to record an actual reading to make sure I wouldn't be over-billed later.
