Horrible customer service. I tried to purchase a DPMS ar-15 upper 20" barrel 1-9" twist. They sent me a 1-8" twist. When I asked them they said that price and specs are subject to change with out notice. I told them that I didn't feel this is a spec difference, that they show different twist for different products. Anyway I sent the upper back they said it would take 24-48 hours. It has been 5 day's. I have a Honeywell Model #2077 Anti Theft Safe. The locking mechisim was damaged and was told by a Sisco rep. to hit the handle with a hammer and break it off to get the safe open. It worked. When you walk in to Rec Warehouse, they are tap dancing and spinning plates to get you to buy a spa; however, once you purchase it, their part in the purchase is OVER. Centurylink offered to upgrade my internet speed to 10 gb from 1.5 for ten dollars per month more in January. Since then, I have spent somewhere near 25 hours on the phone with them pluggin in and unplugging my modem and running various tests to determine why the speed is acceptable in the morning but then decreases as the day progresses down to under 1 gb (sometimes even lower). I work for a financial institution in the card fraud department I have done more than 20 fraud claims in regards to unauthorized charges of 4.96 on our customer's accounts in just the last 9 months. Because this amount is below the chargeback limit we chargeoff as a loss and the company keeps the money. This is as far as I can tell a fraudulent company. We purchased a Maytag Bravos Quiet Series 300 last fall. We picked this model because it had a large tub for washing blankets and large loads. It is the biggest disappointment we ever had. It is incapable of washing a large capacity load without balling the laundry up in a tight ball. It will not wash a load of sheets or blankets without going out of balance AT LEAST 4 times. It's not much fun wrestling a queen-size blanket that is full of water and wrapped up in a tight ball. This is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE -- DO NOT buy one of these. Had this company contracted to come out and do 10 areas in our house today. We picked this company specifically because they do dry carpet cleaning and not wet. We were told that furniture would be moved. When they showed up, the cleaning crew announced that they do not move beds (and bedrooms were our primary areas of concern, as 3 of 4 of us have asthma and allergies. I came in the get an estimate for my business taxes from Genesis. I was advised that the estimate was to be done for free and that I would know the cost to do my taxes at the point in time that the estimate for the cost of work was completed.
