They will tell you they are one of the best extended warranty companies on the web and they will tell you they are selling you a bumper to bumper warranty. Then you try to use it. I purchased a Mayer washing machine 1 year ago, costed $624, from Gain City, this new washing machine broke down recently. Mayer told me there is a component fault in main board however the entire main board is to be replaced at a repairing cost of $360, and minimum lead time of 4 weeks. I received a package of recipe cards in the mail. It was actually sent to an old address I had moved from in 2009, but USPS forwarded it to me. The cards had the usual offer to subscribe for more, get free gifts, and such. Also in the package was an invoice for 0.99 for the cards they sent. I did not request these cards, and it would cost me a buck in postage to return them. A week ago I ordered a front door and door furniture from this site. Spoke to them on the phone and they confirmed delivery. Door turned up and was wrong size. Took a complete extra day altering frame to fit. Letter box ordered at same time still hasn't turned up. Can not get through to after sales care on the phone (and it is a chargeable number) They sent autoreply to my first complaint, said that they would be in touch, and then nothing, do not reply anymore to email complaints. They would not give me the weight wanted to use cubic feet that equaled 11, 200 lbs.actual weight was 7, 080lbs. I followed the driver to the scales.
