Jerry Buchanan agreed to buy a radio from me. Money was sent to me via PayPal. Since I had been 'paid' I sent the item to him in Oklahoma. After it was sent (the same day) he reversed the payment, not paying for the radio I sent him. He also has not, or will not, return it to me, or pay me for it. He has emailed me using profanity, and called me a liar, stating that he didn't reverse the payment (I have proof that he did from PayPal), and that PayPal had paid me. They did not. We boarded our horse at this facility for years. While the horses may be taken care of, the safety of the humans while on the premises becomes another problem. The male groom who works for this facility attacked one of the boarders. Additionally, this groom also has made inappropriate advances to multiple women who keep horses at this facility. As a parent, I would never allow my young daughter to be at this facility alone due to the predatory nature of the groom. I am a forgery victim in the state of california for forgery with a bill I cannot clear out of my credit report with t-mobile for 389.04. I have filed a complaint with the ftc and sent in appriopiate paperwork incuding a police report and filed affidavits with this organization.
