On 25 April 2011 we travelled from Jhb to Bangkok on Flight TG 704. After saving for our trip for a year, we were really looking forward to every aspect of our holiday including the flight there and back. We were however very disappointed when our one seat was broken and would not stay in the reclined position as well as having a tv which kept on jumping and we were unable to watch a movie for the duration of our long flight. We are returning on a Thai airlines flight (flight 478) from Sydney via Bangkok, Tues 10 April, and then onto Jhb on flight TG 703. We chose Thai airlines as it was highly recommended by our friends so we really hope that our trip home will live up to your high standards.
