I ordered merchandise on 9/19/06 and was billed for my order on 9/21/06, since the item was shipped on 9/21/06. What you call shipping does constitute shipping at all. I called them to let them know my 3 year old son wrote on our leather sofa with pen. I filed the claim the next day. They sent a tech out 3 weeks later. I called to find out what they would do since the tech could not get out the stain. He said the pen sat too long. They denied the claim. They told me the tech said it was permanent marker. BS. I called, told them I want to cancel, they hung up on me. I called again and was put on hold for 49 minutes. They refuse to refund me or cancel my account. On Aug.30th made arrangement for transportation to and from Sacramento Airport. On Aug.31st driver arrived and after entering the van driver demanded payment, not giving any receipt. Upon arriving at the airport I asked where we would be picked up upon arrival on Sept.5, 7:25 PM. Driver didn't know but said it would be at the end of the lane. Upon arrival Sept.5.7:20PM and getting our luggage I called for pick up and was told it would be 10minutes. Like many of the people who have expressed their loss of Aeroplan Ponts, I am in the same situation. Substantial number of points have been removed from account. I have been an aeroplan member since the early 90's and used them regularly, but was away on holidays and just learned July 31/07 that they canceled all my points. I have written letters as well as emails and have not gotten a response from anyone. I decided to call but after being given about 8 different phone #s, no one was able to help. I am certain that I am disconnected by design. In utter frustration now, should I contact my lawyer?? The problem is that my clothes smell moldy after ashing. I also complained about the rubber lining being mildewed and has worn thin ans so it can burst at any time. I suffer with asthma triggered by allergies, so this has become a major health issue for me. I have been told that I should use bleach, but we are on a septic system and do not use bleach. I am very upset that I was charged for a service that I did not request. The website asked me to inout my credit card information in order to receive my FREE credit report. Had I known that they were going to rip me off, I would not have entered my information. I demand that I be refunded the $12.00 that was deducted from my account.
