Poor customer service!
I booked an airport pick up for my husband at SFO and failed to inform me that it is possible that the driver will have another passenger to pick up in Oakland, so my husband arrived at 720 pm and did not get home until 1130pm, also the driver had to stop to a gas station to pick up lunch! at 930 pm and stayed there for 20 mins. The driver was not friendly, hung up on me when I would not give him my credit card number cause I already gave it to their office when I made the reservation and threatening me that their lawyer will call me.

Failed to be pickup at scheduled time!
On Aug.30th made arrangement for transportation to and from Sacramento Airport. On Aug.31st driver arrived and after entering the van driver demanded payment, not giving any receipt. Upon arriving at the airport I asked where we would be picked up upon arrival on Sept.5, 7:25 PM. Driver didn't know but said it would be at the end of the lane. Upon arrival Sept.5.7:20PM and getting our luggage I called for pick up and was told it would be 10minutes. After waiting two hours and making SiX phone calls, had to hire another shuttle to return us home. This very poor business practice!!!
