On May 9, 2007 my 03 Corvette had a dead battery. I live in CA and keep the vett at a friend's house in Clermont, FL. My friend took the car to Bill Seidle Chevrolet and told them to replace the battery. The garage told my friend that the vehicle would need a dx test. My friend knows minimal about cars and agreed. This is a petty amount, but it is still fraud and needs to be reported. Explore USA took, without authorization, $1.00 from my bank account. This account was empty at the time, resulting in an overdraft. I have no idea how they got my bank account number. A few weeks later, a very nondescript envelope came. I placed an order on their website. They stated it would take 2 weeks to deliver and charged my visa card immediately. About 2-3 days before the delivery date they sent a notice that the package was sent to the wrong address and gave me another delivery date. Surprise! The package never arrive. I have been getting rude phone calls from a lady named SAMANTHA MARTIN. She leaves at least 2 rude messages. She will not tell me what she is calling about. She just yells in the phone. I refuse to talk to her. I did get a letter finally explaining why she was calling. I took care of the matter but she continues to call. I am ready to press charges against her for harrassment. It seems that they have many different websites and pull the same scams on all of them. Free-Satellite-Network.com, watchonline.tv, marketbill.com, etc... I purchased a DVD Box set of Carol Burnett episodes. What I got were 8 ripped DVDs of a TVLand Carol Burnett marathon off someone's VCR/DVR/TIVO. All they did was to remove the commercials. I opened a business called WEED WEAR. I opened an account w/ godaddy.com, and paid 9.98 from my bank account. Certegy immediately said the check bounced, when in fact it was paid.
