I never do this and I'm the first if I get a bill, I pay it. However, this guy named David (ERSolution)keeps calling me over and over for payment. I had cell phones with AT&T. I bought one Tata Indicom USB Modem by applying through internet and their service executives came and gave the usb modem and collected money. He said it takes 1 day for activating, but even after 10 days it is not working and they are not even responding to my calls. At first they gave one service executives number, but it is always switched off. I found this thing as a useless thing. I am prepared to go for further measures against them. NaxpMedia charged me $40 for a dvd set on December 12, 2007. On the 24th I was notified that they were going to send it via UPS. The tracking number reveals no delivery just a note indicating "billing information received". It has been over a month and I have not received the merchandise. When I called the phone number, I was told I signed up for this service and there was no manager to contact regarding the fraud charges. They said they would cancel my membership per my phone call.
