I had first complaint logged about this completely underhanded firm. Turns out, they did hit our account a day early, not what they kept telling me, so I called to complain. They are well versed in covering their rather filthy backsides, but the fact remains all three of them lied to me several times. I told him to review all the tapes. I ordered a reborn doll on the website for Christmas for my daughter. I checked back with the owner in November 2006 and she said that the doll was not finished but would be shipped in time for Christmas. She took $333 for the product. Her website is no longer available, and she doesn't answer her phone. Then it was too late to get my money back through Paypal or the bank because 30 days had past from the date of payment. I contracted with this company to have my car shipped from NY to Chicago and was told it would probably take several days but no more than a week. After a week and no calls, I contacted them and they put me in touch with "the carrier". Found a 'too good to be true' bike for sale. An $8,000 bike being sold for $2500. The seller states that he is in Alaska on an oil rig with no phone contact available. This company has charged my cellphone account $19.99 the last two months. I called Verizon and they told me that ringtone time was responsible for the charges but they couldn't do anything about it because it wasn't Verizon's charge and federal laws prevent them from rejecting the charges even though I told them I don't even know who ringtone time is.They gave me the 800 number for the company and I was unsuccessful in contacting anyone. I received an invitation to have a free ring tone downloaded to my cell phone. I browsed the site then DID NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING! I immediately began receiving anti-Bush jokes daily.
