UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTION

I WAS CHARGED OVERDRAW FEES BY SOME COMPANY I NEVER HEARD OF TRYING TO DEDUCTION FROM MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT. MY ACCOUNT BALANCE IS NOT DROP BELOW 5.00 YET I WAS ASSESSED 61.00 DOLLARS IN FEES. AFTER ALREADY SIGNING DOCUMENTS IN THE PAST STATING THAT NO ACH DEDUCTIONS WERE AUTHORIZED FROM MY SAVINGS AND I DONT HAVE A CHECKING YET MY SAVINGS ARE STILL BEING ENTERED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR REMOVAL OF THE FORMS I FILLED OUT IN THE PAST.I ASK THAT ALL MONIES BE RETURNED IMMEADIATELY AND NO FURTHER ACH DEDUCTION BE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY WRITTEN SIGNATURE

Unauthorized billing!

I never authorized for this company to withdraw money out of my account this is the second time a company has taken money without my permission. I am on a strict income from SSDI and what I receive is minimal this is what I live off of and don't appreciate this keep happening. I can't just change accounts 2 and 3 times my check gets direct deposited into my account every month!
