I spent 2 hours on the phone arguing with they rogers reps. I was was pissed off over a bill that i paid to disconnect by phone to switch back to bell. I terminated the service on June 18. It took them ten days to disconnect it. They billed me $20.74 for ten days of service. Which was so bull shit considering there was no active line. I Have recently sent a mobile back for repair, it was sent on the 25/06/07 i have not received the phone back as yet, i do understand about the 10 day turn around but i just kept getting told different things by your call center. I had checked my bank account to balance it and noticed this company had put a charge on my account for $31.98. I searched the company's website for a customer service number but all i found was a live chat link. I spoke to about 4 different people none of which could find any account information for me but sill did not want to refund my money. I purchased a Klaussner sofa and love seat both recline on the ends. The plastic release on the love seat that allows the love seat to recline broke off in my hand. 2006 I had fallen on hard times and made some late payments, October 2006 I had requested a deferment so that I can be caught up and start fresh. I bought a set of DVD's - Dharma & Greg - from these people and the cases arrived broken. I contacted them and was told they would send new ones. I wrote several times but the cases never arrived. Then, I found that some of the DVDs were faulty too. They promised me they would replace them but they never did. In August 2006, I checked on-line for DSL availability through Earthlink to replace my existing SNET/Yahoo DSL. Their system stated DSL was available, so I signed up. The tracking number reveals no delivery just a note indicating "billing information received". It has been over a month and I have not received the merchandise. I bought one Tata Indicom USB Modem by applying through internet and their service executives came and gave the usb modem and collected money. He said it takes 1 day for activating, but even after 10 days it is not working and they are not even responding to my calls. At first they gave one service executives number, but it is always switched off. I found this thing as a useless thing. I am prepared to go for further measures against them.
