I keep on checking the status of the order and today 12/29/07 the mail delivery was sent back to Canada stating it was undeliverable. I too was searching for a pay day loan (which I decided against) and never approved anything and then I noticed on 11/14 that a withdraw of $31.98. I have left several messages and e-mails and no one has returned my call. Also another withdraw on 12/17 of $31.98. I finally got a hold of a "live" person and I demanded that they reverse those charges and he asked me to hold and I couldn't any longer. On July 23, 2007 i purchased a Philips DVD Home Theater System. On Sep 1, 2007 it was no longer working. It would not eject the DVD, would not play or do anything. I called Philips and was told I first have to mail them the component at my expense and it would take a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks business days for them to send me a replacement. I'm upset because first of all the component should not have problems this soon and I should not have to spend my money returning it. I purchased a Isagenix branded shake blender for $50 + tax + shipping for approximately $65.00 total. The blender blade unit silicone seal was not positioned properly and leaked the first time I used the blender. I re-seated the seal and it worked fine for about 2 weeks when it malfunctioned again. I removed the top after mixing a shake to find the liquid had leaked again. I was checking my bank statement online and noticed that 2 checks in the amount of $19.95 each were that were electronically submitted thru Consumer Financial Trust Inc. I have never even heard of this company until i looked at my bank statement. My bank gave me a number to call to dispute the matter and when i called i ended up sitting on hold for about 30 minutes. I placed an order with The DVD Planet also known as Universal Gift Ventures on 11/7. I was given the excuse that my order was shipped to an incorrect address followed by another email that there was a problem with their shipping department and they were correcting the problem by sending the orders out manually.
