I, same as everyone that's posted a note, got a charge of $164.83 (from Herbal Mind 888-695-6649) on my MasterCard in February. The lady I spoke with said the same thing- computer error and I would be credited the full amount. I brought up another charge from Wallace Herbals 647-477-2875 that was made back in December for the same amount. I purchased a 1.97 CD re: ways to obtain grants for small businesses. The company then charged me 39.95 for continue access to their database (which I never used); 7.95 was charged from ANOTHER company for "bonus" database access and another 9.95 was charged from ANOTHER company called networkagenda. The monies are being returned to me after many phone calls and threats to dispute charges via my credit card. This is SO unethical. As soon as I plugged in my new Lenovo T61 Laptop error messages popped up. Spent 8 days trying to get it set up. Found out there is no customer support unless you pay $100 per hour fee. No support on a new $1500 Laptop. HP did Sony did Toshiba also 4 one year but not Lenovo. Called a local tech $60 an hour. Agter 2 hours you have a corrupted hard drive on a fresh computer. It appears that many people have been SCAMMED by this company, who runs it's phony business with telephone numbers & online help only. I ordered WuYi tea for a month and I returned the remaining tea. Ordered tea from Wu Yi. Was billed and money withdrawn from account. For past two months have been noticing $19.95 withdrawn from my account by WI/Living Lean. Do not know what this charge is for, but called bank and had my card discontinued and new one issued so these people cannot continue taking money out of my account. Filing a Dispute Form with my bank. Cannot get in touch with these people to get my money back or have them to discontinue taking from my account so I am doing something about it. Unable to use the download and the CD that was mailed to me. This was a very, very quick and easy SCAM for RAVEN MEDIA the Company responsible and in charge of the GRANT MASTERS PROGRAM.
