I have lived at Fox Ridge Estates for Three years. They were suppose to replace the carpet before I moved in and never did. During those three years my dishwasher has never worked right. EGeneralMedical had a misleading ad linked to Amazon.com. Along side other suppliers offering 3 tubes of Pernox scrub for around $ 60, they had an ad for $ 50. They only sent 1 tube, however. (Most suppliers sell one tube for around $ 20, not $50.) After being called out on their misleading ad, they said they were going to remove it from the Amazon site -- what they should of done is send everyone who got conned by the their ad an extra two tubes. Talked with the Attorney General of State for Florida and found out that they have numerous complaints of fraud against them, now there is a surprise. They advertise a DVD called "GOOGLE PRO" a work from home guide, which you'll never receive in the mail. The charge is $3.88 for S/H, but what they don't tell you is that they are also going to charge you an additional fee (in my case $72.21) in a weeks trial period, without having received the DVD or getting acquainted with the website. I ordered a pair of sweatpants and have never received them. Only an email stating the order is being processed, but no other information. Not even the invoice ID number. The phone numbers are no help. One number says the mailbox is full. I have sent countless emails. Not one response. My credit card has alredy been charged.
