Placed an order on line as was advertised buy 1 at $19.95 + s.h. and get one free. I placed order and they stated you could get another one for $14.95 +s.h. and you would get one free. I did not want the extra offer only wanted the original buy 1get 1 for $19.95 +s.h. I thought i would get a chance to review my order and correct it if needed but they automatically processed the order and the second offer was on it. I was shocked when I saw this done and I was charged $102 instead of the $36 I thought I would be charged. There must be... read full review »

GE Online Services

We bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator from a local retailer that used GE for their financing. 48 months, 0% interest. We signed up. First warning: They overcharged us $1000. Fixed it. Second warning: Our 24-month 0% interest suddenly became 12-months. Fixed it. Third Warning: A sudden $206.35 finance charge and a doubling of the minimum payment. Thought we fixed it. ---Was told that our payment was more then the minimum, and that the credit of the finance charges would fix the account. Fourth warning: The charges were... read full review »

This company is been charging me a debt that is not mine. I wrote to every single collection agency that they have used to ask of proof of debt, no answer. Instead, they change the collection agency and the balance keeps increasing, I don't know what else to do. When I talked to the collection agencies they gave me a phone and address to talk to the freaking bank but when you call them they ask you to talk to the collections agency. This *** make me so mad, because it is like a hot potato while this people abuse consumers and damage our credit and we can't do anything read full review »

I received a free sample of Acai aslim - charging for s&h - along with a bottle of Power Tea which was not authorized. I phoned Credit Card Company and they could not put a block on the company. I phoned Acai aslim at 1-877-317-0189 and after waiting on hold for about 25 minutes I spoke to someone about canceling the subscription and returning the Power Tea (unopened) for a refund. 11/10/2008 WHITE TEA 866-4422966 FLDEBIT FOR CHECKCARD$5.95 Above is a copy of the unauthorized charges that were made to my debit/credit card. I do not even know what this company is. I tried to call the listed number and received a recorded message that this number is no longer in service. Please help me get these charges reversed. I will never again use my debit card to purchase anything on line. Like so many others on this board, I was also scammed by BSD. I ordered a Sony CCDTRV-67 camcorder, along with a case, 4 hour battery, and a UV filter. When it arrived, they had shipped me a cheap Energizer battery for the camera at a cost of $79. It would fit in the camera, but since it was not a "Sony Infolithium" battery, the camera rejected it. I called Best Stop Digital and requested a refund for the battery. They gave me an RMA and told me my credit card would be refunded. I said no, the CS rep told me the camera is only a camera with no battery. I immed cancel the order. FRAUD, misleading. Stay away. Go to bhphotovideo.com, they are recommended by Canon. In April of 2008 we ordered hurricane windows from this company. We paid over $8, 000.00 in full. It is now November and the windows have not been installed. We have been told on weekly basis that they are being ordered and every week it changes to five weeks and now the latest is two months. The President, Russ Morgan has also expressed the company's money trouble to us and now we fear we will never see our windows or our hard earned money. They are refusing to refund. Attached is a letter sent to BMW Canada in August. Since that letter I have had the vehicle back for major repairs twice. BMW Canada has continued to stone wall my requests for a replacement vehicle. Oliver December 30, 2008
Like many people have noted here, shipping takes two and a half forvers. Prices are decent but the products are generally cheap second class garbage. I had three of eight multi-LED flashlights came in with one or more dead LEDs. When I told customer service they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Oh well, what do you expect from this kind of business. They're selling the stuff that's too flimsy and cheap to sell overseas - so they import it over hear and heap it on us, but not before making their cut. Companies like this are one step away from being a scam. Avoid like the plague. read full review »

I was very surprised to find this web site and I am thinking I found it way too late but I would like to make a comment any way. First things first, I regret buying this computer from Axis. From day one I have had nothing but problems with my system. They replaced more components because their technical support was impossible to reach. I wasted more hours on hold then I did raising my 2 daughters! My computer is very sick and has been for quite some time. I will be taking it to a PC doctor very soon. I had some of the same problems others had. In my case disputing the charges with my credit card company got me my money back. 1. They sold me a remarked Athlon XP 2500+ as a 3200+. 2. They charged me tax even though I'm not in their state. 3. They were completely non-communicative, when you email them or use their web support form you just get a stupid faq email in response.
