Do not service your KIA at Shaver KIA in San Bernardino. They charge a whopping $ 150 per hour!!! Also, they don't post their hourly rates. DUH, who would knowingly pay that rate? I am Indian by origin and was with a group of friends tonight at Back Proch. Initially, we were let in and got drinks. We found some couch seating and with the permission of the waiter, sat down. After about half and hour, the waiter came by and asked us to give up our seats because there were other people (presumably more important) to be seated. I ordered FREE samples of AcaiPure and Colotox for only the shipping fee of $1.95 each. This was on November 13, 2008. My credit card account has been charged $41.85 for the Colotox and $42.85 for AcaiPure and neither have been received. Fraudulent ACH electronic debits from bank account was made to my new bank account. When I talk to my bank again I will let them know that this is happening to a lot of people. Don't support Lone Star Pet Lodge. They demanded a deposit up-front to make a reservation for boarding our dog. I made a reservation early one morning based on a recommendation from another kennel. Later that day we drove to the business to check it out. It was extremely noisy and the staff were non-responsive and apathetic.
