A price and time were agreed upon. They arrived an hour late stayed 16 hours instead of 13 leaving at 3:00am, did not complete the move, therefore i had to rent a u haul to finish the job. Was insulted by the estimator who stated i had a big mouth when i questioned his under estimation of the job. I just had Santa Rosa Music Center move a grand piano from just north of Santa Rosa to Mountain View. I am very displeased with the center's extremely unprofessional customer service. Had leak in apartment above bath tub for three weeks and still counting. Requested service three weeks ago when leak was first spotted. Maintenance showed up a couple of time and both times have said that they could not do anythin until thye are able to get into the apartment upstairs.
