Ordered a free CD with a shipping only cost of $1.97. Never received CD but did receive a $47.00 charge on my C/C statement. Called their 1-800 number and always got a recorded message and no return calls. Cancelled my C/C and reported charge as fraudulant with Amex. Amex is investigating and I'm awaiting outcome. This Fawcett dude is scamming people! Beware! Do not buy or send this fraud any money.

Watch out for DC Fawcett who claims to teach investments in foreclosure properties. He buys your email address from some list company and offers you a free CD for $1.97 shipping fee. The CD content is common knowledge if you have joined a real estate investment club.

Months later, you get billed $47 on your credit card under the vendor name of NEIGHBORHOOD SOLUTIONS, BRANDON FL. I scratched my head trying to figure out what I purchased. Then I searched the web and found what I was looking for on Ripoff Report thanks to others who have made prior reports.
