I ordered a free trial of Acaipure and was supposed to be charged $ 1.95. Central Coast Nutra charged my credit card $ 41.95 for 2 additional products that I did not order, nor was I given a confirmation form showing exacatly what I would be charged. Their web page was very misleading, by automatically adding products to my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM MARQUEL. I placed three order, the most recent in June, and was completely satisfied. However, Marquel charged my debit card for almost $60 this past September, when I had not placed an order, and they have been 100% impossible to contact for resolution. There is a woman in the communications department at Intralinks named Julie Mandelbaum who is just nasty and negative to anyone and everyone who comes into contact with her. She constantly complains, never praises and blames others for things that are not their faults. She's condescending and horrible. Don't ever work near her. Prior to ordering an engine I called the sales dept. to get an est. on how long it would take to get the engine. I was told by the salesman, "if I ordered it on a Monday, it would be shipped to me by Friday. The engine was ordered on 8/18/2008, today is 10/08/2008 and no engine has been shipped. I have hughs net for 13 months. I have a problem with my hardware. I was a few days late calling so my warrnety is over. They wanted me to run "speed test" which took me 3 days and several hours of my time!!! They said I needed a repair person at $125 for a diagnostic plus a repair person for work plus parts. WILD BLUE is in my area now with local people, and a much better service. For those who must have Hughes Net maybe you will have to do what we did-Pray and ask God for an alternative.
