Multiple charges began coming out of my account 15 days from a 30 day free trial offer. I called 16 days after ordering free trial and they refused to credit my account the $79.96. I called and emailed them again and they again refused to refund this charge. I threatened law suite for misleading information on their label and they agreed to a refund. AARP refused to pay for my prescription for Sular. I read the 2009 Formulary book sent to me in late December of 2008 for the year 2009. Sular was listed as a Tier 2 drug. I authorized shipping payment $4.99, from my checking account for free sample bottle of natures acai. I received the bottle, but then was charged an additional $79.96, which overdrafted my account. I called my bank and they issued me a new debit card, closing out the old one. The bank investigated the claim and came to the conclusion that I had authorized the transaction and ended the claim. Was not very happy with my shopping experience of ZipVit at all. Placed an order and it never turned up and when I contacted them they tried to tell me that they didnt have my order. This Lady sold me a Puppy for $2000.00, as a 'pocket pet' under 8 lbs. This puppy is already 51/2 lbs at 5 months old.
