I was trying to look up my father and they are saying that I selected a button that ok'd them to take this monthly fee out of my account. I did no such thing I agreed to pay $2.95 to get the current address of my long lost biological father and I end up getting charges taken out my account. I did not even notice it until 3 months later and now they are saying that they cannot refund but one month of the fees. I purchased a 32'' Trutech LCD two months ago and it is now broke. The standby light turns on but the television never actually turns on. Since I live in an apartment I was unable to keep the 32'' box, which is required to return the 32'' massive piece of junk. I think that target sells crap and I refuse to give them any more of my business. I too have been scammed by these people. I was to be charged the $3.95 and was debited the $74.95 fee without authorization. No-no one is ever available by phone. Yes, I had to cancel my debit card and have the bank reissue it. From what I am hearing they may still get through to the account and I will probably never see the money again. I don't even know who these people are. I went through EZgrant to get a FREE CD (which ended up being another scam) and ended up with charges from DebtEater. Beware of this EZgrant thing too. When I clicked on terms and conditions, no window popped up. (should have been hint #1) When I received the CD no information of any kind like paperwork came with it. I order the free tooth whitener trail order for a single payment of $6.95 for shipping and handling. I received this product and a receipt for $6.95 billed to my credit card on 3/15/09. I receive another order today and they billed my credit card without my permission for $79.99 (3/30/09). I have faxed a copy to the consumer division of the Florida Atty. General's Office with their complaint form. I also sent them a note on their bill where they billed my credit card without my permission on 3/30/09. The email sent up red flags immediately. There was no contact information, No site link, The only information on the company was the name. This has SCAM written all over it. My first instinct was to Google the company's name. This site was listed right under theirs and of course I wanted to know what others are saying. I believe unathorized charges we submitted to my AT&T Universal (Credit) Card. On 10/23/08 the following charges were posted to my credit card - a) $1.00 byFoodAndFlix, and $1.00 by DealMax. Neither of these charges were authorized by any of our credit card holders in the family. On 10/28/08 a 'credit' for $1.00 was posted by DealMax reversing that charge.
