Was told about the $75 minimum fee no matter what the problem with my fridge was. Was prepared to pay that, as my research indicated that is the average hourly rate paid for appliance repair nationwide apparently. However, technician spent 20 minutes, cleaning out a drain from the defrost system of the freezer in the fridge, replace no parts, and charged $198.00! This Company debited my checking account a total of $568.00 and never contacted or paid the Credit Company any money like they said they would. I was looking around on ebay and was checking out how one would set up an ebay store and came across the sellers lounge as a resourse for training material. the sellers lounge claims to be an ebay developers program member and even uses the ebay logo. anyway they sent me a cd to look over and in about 5 mins. the program stopped. Like everyone else, I was directed to this site while trying to apply for a payday loan. I did not knowlingly sign up for their services. I called (within 24 hours) of them taking $31.98 out of my checking account. I was told to go to the above cited website. I did on 9/25/08. I too was a victim of Easy Saver. I saw a pending charge of $1.95 within a day of ordering and express delivery from Pro Flowers. I was also given phone numbers to call them but the automatic answer directs me to their website. My 16 year old daughter bought a dress at Cache and used her visa debit card. All of a sudden we started receiving an US magazine. We went down to the store and told them to stop this right away. They said it would be taken care of. I was issued a citation for parking in front of my business on Foothill Blvd. I have parked my van there beginning in May of 2008 with no issues. On March 12th of 2009 at 9:29 PM, I was issued the violation #:2042035203 even though I was in compliance of the street sign. The ticket mentions Municipal code section 80.69.1A as the reason for the violation which says that a commercial trailer/22 feet cannot be parked for a period of three hours or more.
