I ordered WuYi tea off the internet at the end of Jan. They had said it was refundable if not satisfied. When it arrived there was no billing information. No address in which to return the product. When trying to call the number they had given it is a recording. I was billed 6.95 for the first shipment. Then some bill of 19.95 from Living Lean Las Vegas appeared on my card. I was billed again for 37.00. Today 3-7-08 I was billed for 59.95. I had talked to someone on the live chat and canceled my order a day after I placed it and they assured me it would be canceled. They will not return phone calls or emails. My son is graduating from high school in May 2009. They have supplied places to apply for scholarships. We have made numerous attempts but no scholarships. Our time with them will run out soon and they will not return calls. We paid $1550 for two years of service. We kept our part and need assistance and now will not return our calls. This is an Ebay power seller that resales opened, returned (faulty) video games to unsuspecting Ebay customers. They are a clearing house for retailers that get store returns due to defective merchandise. They only accept Paypal and they only give a replacement, which in my case (and I imagine most cases) is another faulty software title. Most customers leave them feedback right away after using the game lightly. They probably should spend more time with the game before doing so. This company makes the first account of magazines very interesting, and they claim it'll help better your credit report and score. My credit report hasn't been effected at all by this company. The accounts they persuade you to set up are great, and the account is only half way paid off before they persuade you into another one. Cresent bank employees are very rude and unprofessional. They call and talk to you as if your nobody, quick to threaten you with repo... And keep an eye on your credit report they will report you late when your not. They put a hold on my acct so I could not pay my bill so they can repo it.
