bank alfalah
December 4, 2008
Dated: Dec 04, 2008. To, Mr.Asim Iqbal, Manager Monitoring, Collection and Recovery, Consumer Division Bank Alfalah Limited. Dear Mr. Asim Iqbal, Your letter dated on Dec 02, 2008 is an epileptic outburst of this very bureaucratic mindset reminiscent of prehistoric Egyptian time that I am firmly determined to fight against. My heart is engulfed by a thick wave of melancholy when I find myself helpless vis-à-vis this long list of follies and white lies that you have taken special pains to prepare. I greatly... read full review »

Findlay Toyota
July 8, 2008
I recently purchased a Used 2005 Toyota Matrix from Findlay Toyota, and I am horribly appalled by the outright lies and misinformation I was given by the salesman. I feel I was bullied into purchasing a car I was not 100% sure I wanted and I was told every lie imaginable to get me to walk back into the dealership to make this purchase after I had originally said no. I stated what payment terms I was comfortable with and after many rounds back and forth we could not come to an agreement so I left the dealership. Some of my main concern... read full review »

I bought the 250cc sharp shooter. At 1st I called them and told them that I want to pay by credit card. They said, if the order is over 500$ that they will charge me a fee. So, I paid by E-check. I bought the 6 month warranty with it. $1700. Took 3-4 weeks to receive it. I went and picked it up from the terminal because they were taking WAY too long. I put it together, and what they say that it would only take an hour, took 4. The ATV would then idle to fast, or not at all. When I got it, there were NO back brakes, the front BARLEY worked... read full review »

My client bought several pairs of shoes from them and needed to return them. The only option for returning is to get a return authorization number on the website, but the option was unavailable for these shoes even though we tried to return them within the 20 day time frame permitted for returns. My main complaint, however, is that we have been unable to contact the company. When phoning the company you get a message that all operators are busy and to leave a message, but all three mailboxes have been full for a month. I have sent numerou... read full review »

I received a 40% off coupon in the mail from this store which is rather pricey anyways. So I stopped in to purchase items for xmas for my daughters. I presented my coupon at the register which clearly states on the back "REDEEM FOR 40% OF TICKETED PRICE" no stipulations or anything. Good until Dec. 24th 2008. It was rejected by the cashier. I then emailed the company with a copy of THEIR coupon and got the following response: Thank you for contacting Justice in regards to your recent store experience. I was looking up information about possibly getting a credit card to help build my credit back up and the next thing I know, I get an email from Next Millenium credit card. So I opened up the email they sent me and started filling out some information to see what this card would include and see if there were any fees. As soon as it told me $99.95 to activate, I closed the page and next thing I know, 2 days later the money was taken out of my account. When you search for a bit torrent download for some things, megadownloadpass.com claims they have what you are looking for, but you need to sign up first. You pay their initial charge of $4.87, but when you log back onto the site you discover that no only do they not have what you were looking for, but ALL they have is porn. You can be looking for something as innocuous as sheet music, and end up paying for porn on a monthly basis from automatic deductions from whatever bank account you paid the $4.87 sign-up charge from. Horrible. read full review »

This is a warning to be taken seriously by anyone contemplating taking out a credit card from this so-called bank ! Juniper Bank is the worst bunch of crooks on this planet. When I pulled up our bill, I noticed, ON THE LAST PAGE AFTER ALL THE LEGAL INFORMATION, charges for $8.23 from this company. When I got AT&T on the phone, they told me I had been paying for this "3rd Party Voicemail" for 7 months. I called the company and said that I had never signed up for this service, that they were crooks and thieves, and that the charges were fraudulent.
