I'm writing in to give some feedback about Discovery Tours & Travel Pte Ltd. We booked a 3D2N tour package to Tioman Island by coach and ferry from 1st-3rd May 2009, staying at Berjaya Beach Resort. I've sent numerous messages to Sebastian via his ETRINITY ticket system and to also to the software supplier SWREG who you can read many complaints about if you check them out in the search box. I orderd a free bottle of this colon cleans along with acai berry without realizing I was signing up for a monthly delivery and 14 day trial. I do not recall reading any fine print about this when I ordered the free bottles. I was charged $74.95. Broken Sound Productions contacted us in June, 2007 about filming a segment for our company that was to air as part of a program called "Great Escapes." I sent them $1800 through Western Union and they were going to ship the bike i purchased and then when I received it I pay the other half owed. U S Credit Find obviously peruses the telephone books for leads. The number that they actually billed is a designated fax number which is listed in the phone directory. Had this been a valid transaction, U S Credit Find would have charged my house phone instead. They charged my AT&T telephone bill for $9.99 in January 2009, but skipped February. An agent for Villa Traders called and said they could guarantee the rental of my time share weeks. I gave them two weeks to rent. The next day a different agent called and said both weeks had been rented and a check would be cut that afternoon and mailed the next day. No check has come and they won't return phone call. I applied for a "free" credit report and was able to recieve it. However, my original attempt at cancelling it was futile. I was charged several months in a row. I've called again and this time I received e-mail confirmation that it had been cancelled. As a "courtesy" I will receive 1 months fee back ($12.00). Two sisters paid Bourne Bridge Pool & Spa in Buzzards Bay, MA to fix our pool and get it ready for the summer. They took over 1300.00 from us (after quoting us 1200) up front and without a contract to do the job. Six weeks later they still have not finished the pool. Finally, they said the order had shipped and provided me with a tracking number.
