Not only was there absolutely no visible improvement regarding wrinkles, but I ended up with two subcutaneous cysts (YIKES!) on my face!!! One was near my nose and started swelling up the area under my eye. This company withdraw money from my checking account using ACH in the amount of 275.00. When I called to report it, they claimed that they would refund the money and that it was a mistake. I later learned that the money was not refunded and I was lied to continously by this company. When I entered the numbers of the company, it came back to a cellphone. I purchased a copy of Docsmartz PDF to Word converter http:--www.docsmartz.net- . The security system built into the software requires them to re-issue you a new serial number if you need to re-install the software. I recently upgraded my computer and sent an email to request a new registration number. This did not happen. bought a printer fron TecgSunny that was written as being a new printer. When it arrived I tested it and found out it was new but had worn out parts on it. Google ATM is a scam. I found out two seconds after signing up and reading the small print. It says you must cancel in writting within 7 days or be charged 69.90 a month from a third party company. I sent a express letter the next day. It was signed for by a Q Wang, and today my account was charged 69.90. I have notified my bank, the NV police and the Salt Lake City Police where the third party is located. Never responded to emails after buying copy to disk or even till now. Took a chance and used the simplistic program. Halfway through it bogged down causing the computer to reboot to a fatal error bluescreen. It was unable to reboot until I tried 'SafeMode' which didn't work but at least allowed the checkdisk to function.
