Complaint is simple: Ordered product; Credit card charged; never received product. Projector Lamp Center is just not honest. Each time I've called I've gotten "the lamp will ship today" but that hasn't happened. Given their apparent lack of integrity I'd avoid buying from them. Also, avoid buying from anyone that doesn't put a ship date on their invoice (Projector Lamp Center doesn't give you a ship date, they just charge you anyway) - this just delays your attempts to file a complaint with the credit card company. I am unhappy with the way the move was handled. The following issues: 1. The people did not have the tool box to disassemble/reassemble my furniture. I had to do it by my self 2. We had a new gas central heating system fitted in September 2008, comprising of a combi boiler, and seven radiators. Whilst the workmen were removing one of the old radiators, dirty rusty water leaked from the said radiator landing on top of our brand new wooden dining room table, which seats 8 adults. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for mothers day, they were never delivered. I have been trying for over 3 months to get a refund but so far have gotten nothing but the run around. As an employee with the company, I was constantly being harassed by my supervisor. I reported 3 separate incidents to my manager, only to have the supervisor get worse after each complaint because he knew that I was complaining about him. When attempting to voice my fourth complaint to Human Resources, I was fired instead of getting the chance to explain what happened to me. I have lived in River Oaks Apartments for over 3 years. It has been a wonderful, clean, and kept up environment until Avalon Oaks, LLC took over as management. During the winter months, walkways and parking lots do not get plowed. This summer, no one has landscaped around the building. Bushes are overgrown, weeds are growing tall, and grass is rarely cut. There is also trash overflowing in the pool area. Outside, lights are burnt out and some apartment windows are broken. No matter how many times you call and complain, they do nothing.
