I purchased Dreamweaver from http://www.specialtechs.com. As others have also found out, the products at least come out of China, even though the website appears to be based in the USA. I loaded the software, put in the serial number, it went through just fine. Next time I went to use the software it stated that my serial number isn't valid. I had a philips DVD player bought on 22/02/06. The Disk Eject switch stop working within 6 months. I took the DVD to local philips service centre which charged rs. 375/-. Samsung have got an unblievably bad after sale service! I have been calling for the last 2 weeks for a corporate printer. I have been told in each of the 5 calls i made in the last 2 weeks, that due to high volume of calls there is no engineer available!!! This shows how bad samsng products are! An annual renewal fee was charged to my credit card without my permission. Upon discovering this charge I called Webroot and was referred to an email address (a real person could not be reached). I sent an email requesting a refund and a couple of days later I received a response saying that they do not issue refunds. The antivirus software that this company offers is ineffectual and my computer nearly crashed. Of course I understand I have the choice to switch to another company which I did. I am using Fido mobile phone services since more than last 2 years. I have been screwed couple of times by them, but issues were solved by paying whatever they demanded. Do not get me wrong I served on active duty and was happy to join the Guard. I stayed for the long haul in anticipation of getting retirement benefits. After hearing that you get 50% of base pay, you just have to wait until age 60. That did not sound fair. But then it was explained that active duty guys get their 50% base pay as soon as they retire.
