This company never calls the repair company. They leave it for you to deal with. They could care less how long you sit without service. They won't cover what you believe is covered under your policy. They'll offer you different options of coverage such as paying disposal fees for hot water heaters or covering only the cost of the hot water heater and sending you a reimbursement check within 2 weeks - you pay for installation. Paid extra to have the tickets shipped to the house, never came then told they would go straight to the hotel in vegas friday morning one day before the fight, never came then told that evening, never came. Sla Tur Construction, in Pompano Beach, is terrible. They abandoned my job after taking $107, 000 of my money. They removed my personal property and won't return it. They got very few inspections done and they failed all but one of them. they continued on after failing the inspections so I have to pay another contractor to rip out what the work they did do. I purchased a Vox 500 gig external hard drive from eCost last May for $99 that included two $10 rebates from Vox. The rebate information stated that if I registered on line I would not have to include the rebate form with my submission. I registered and then did not include rebate forms. Now Vox informs me that my rebate will not be honored because I did not include the forms and that resubmissions are not accepted. I emailed them my info as to online registration and received no response. I feel that the rebate process as Vox practices it is practically a scam.
